• The Limited Warranty covers the puppy only.
• We are not responsible for any associated charges such as Veterinarian fees, etc.
• To qualify for the Limited Warranty Guarantee, you must have your puppy examined by a
Licensed Veterinarian of your choice within 72 hours after purchase, by not doing so this
Limited Warranty will be void.
• If your puppy, in the opinion of your veterinarian has any physical problems, which makes it
a poor health risk, we will provide you with a replacement puppy.
• To make your claim for a replacement puppy, bring your puppy back the same day as the
examination. You must also bring along a signed statement from your veterinarian showing
the date on which the puppy was examined and stating why the puppy was a poor health risk.
This statement must include the symptoms supporting the opinion.
• The Puppy is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of my knowledge at the time of sale.
• We strive for the Healthiest puppies at LECK Farm. However, no one can control nature.
• We make no Warranty on conditions that are very common in dogs that are treatable,
correctable, breed related, or a condition that said puppy will out grow be covered by this
agreement. Including: Intestinal Parasites, skin allergies, Coccidiosis, intestinal bacteria, eye
ulcers, umbilical Hernias, Cherry Eye, or any type of mite, etc. These aliments are not life
threatening if treated properly and promptly.
• NEVER are CASH REFUNDS given! No Exceptions.
• We reserve the right to have a second opinion by our veterinarian.
• Should an autopsy have to be done to determine the cause of death it will be at the buyer’s
expense.
• If your replacement puppy exceeds your original puppy price buyer will be responsible for the
difference. If we do not have a replacement puppy at that time, you will be placed on a
waiting list and notified of our availability.
• Mature weight of the puppy is not guaranteed.
• We guarantee that we will replace your puppy for a period of 6 months from the date of the
puppies’ birth, should the puppy die from a birth defect, as determined by a licensed
veterinarian.
• I will take back possession of the puppy, at any age at no expense to me or you, no questions
asked.
• Puppies are like children. You will not always be pleased with everything that your puppy
does. Is this a reason to throw them out of our lives? They have feelings too. Please do not let
any of our babies from LECK Farm live in a shelter, call us first.
• This contract applies to original puppy and original buyer only and is nontransferable to a
second party.
I understand that I am receiving:

This written agreement is the entire agreement between me and the seller of this puppy as signed
above concerning the health condition or loss of the puppy purchase this ____________ day of
_____________, 2008. Seller gives no other warranty expressed or implied. I have read the
